Why do some colors look slightly different online than they do in real life?Updated 4 months ago
We do our very best to photograph and display our shades as accurately as possible. However, colors can sometimes appear slightly different in person due to a few factors, including:
Lighting (natural daylight vs. indoor lighting)
Screen settings (brightness, contrast, and color calibration)
Device differences (phone vs. computer screens)
Your skin tone and undertone, which can affect how a shade appears once applied
If you’re unsure between shades, we always recommend ordering samples first (foundations and concealers) so you can confidently choose your best match.
