How do I redeem my points for rewards?
On your Simple Perks Loyalty Page, select “Get Reward” under the reward you’d like. If you have enough points, you can claim them for redeemable discount vouchers that you can use at checkout.
Do points and rewards expire?

Can I combine my Simple Perks rewards with other discounts?
Simple Perks rewards cannot be combined with other discounts including Free Shipping. Only 1 discount code can be used per order.
Can I earn points for orders placed through social media or at a non-withSimplicity location?
No. Points can only be earned on orders placed directly on our online store or in a physical withSimplicity store.
How is my Simple Perks Tier determined?
Your tier level is determined on a rolling 12-Months basis. You will receive a notification when you are close to reaching the next tier. Contact us if you need further clarification or have questions!
How do orders ship for VIP Tier members?
If you're in our VIP tier and your order is $45+, you receive free shipping. Orders will be shipped out via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on the package weight.
